Here at Rokaya Decor, we are confident that our products will meet or exceed your expectations and as such we do not offer returns. To assist you in making knowledgeable purchasing selections, we work hard to provide accurate product descriptions, photos, and sizing information. Please take into consideration that as this is an online business, there can occur instances in which the expected and received product may vary in colour.
To further ensure customer satisfaction, all our products are checked prior to shipping to ensure quality standards are met. They are also carefully packaged to ensure maximum protection during transit.
 
Damaged Goods
In the rare instance that your item gets damaged during transit, we will offer a full refund (minus shipping costs) upon receiving proof of the damaged item. Please note, all damaged goods must be reported to us within 14 days of placing your order (potential shipping delays will be taken into consideration).
 
Exchanges
Please note, we do not offer any exchanges. Please ensure you are checking product descriptions thoroughly prior to purchasing to confirm your selection.

Shipping Policy
As part of our customer satisfaction code, we strive to get our products to you within a timely manner. At present, we offer international shipping (with the exception of certain countries that Royal Mail do not deliver to, please check their website for information on this)
All packages are sent via Royal Mail and we offer both standard and express delivery to meet your needs:
Royal Mail 1st class Tracked: aim to be delivered within 1-2 days working days
Royal Mail 2nd class Tracked: aim to be delivered within 3-4 working days.

Please take into consideration potential delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, natural disasters and technical errors when selecting delivery methods. Your understanding and patience is appreciated in such instances.
